A U.S. Air Force veteran, Earnest has spent his career working alongside hardworking Americans in industries where reliability matters. From protecting military installations while serving in the Air Force to working in California's oil and energy industry, and now helping business owners protect their companies through commercial insurance, he understands the importance of doing the job right.

His experience also includes customer service, risk management, and helping clients find insurance solutions that fit their operations—not just checking boxes. Whether you're an owner-operator or managing a growing fleet, Earnest is committed to making the insurance process straightforward and helping you make informed decisions.

Outside of work, Earnest has a lifelong passion for music and audio production. He's worked in live sound, worship leadership, and performance, experiences that have taken him from church stages to entertainment venues and given him an appreciation for teamwork, preparation, and connecting with people from every walk of life.

When he's not helping clients, you'll usually find him pursuing his bachelor's degree, exploring new technology, planning his next road trip, or cheering on Colorado football.
