Official Rules and Entry Agreement

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who hold a valid commercial driver's license or operate as an owner-operator or company driver. Void where prohibited.

2. Entry period

Entries are accepted only during the entry window shown on the contest page. Entries submitted before it opens or after it closes will not be accepted.

3. How to enter

Submit one original video jingle between 60 and 90 seconds in MP4 or MOV format, together with the required entry information. Limit one entry per person.

4. Originality and rights

Entrants must own or control all rights in their submission, including any music, lyrics and recordings. Entrants grant Trucker Path Insurance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the submission in connection with the contest and its promotion.

5. Judging and voting

Entries are screened for eligibility. Finalists are selected at the sponsor's discretion and posted for public voting. Vote totals are not displayed while voting is open.

6. Prizes

Prizes and approximate retail value are as stated on the contest page, pending final confirmation. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted except at the sponsor's discretion.

7. Privacy

Information submitted is used to administer the contest and, where permitted, to contact the entrant about insurance products. Submitted videos remain private until and unless the entrant is selected as a finalist.
